A booked helicopter will depart promptly
at the time requested. We therefore advise guests that
at the time of booking to consider an appropriate pick–up
time, allowing for possible flight delays, airport arrival
procedures or as the case maybe for delays in road transfers
to the helicopter. |

For helicopter flight transfer bookings
to be confirmed, payment must be made at least 3 days
before flight. |

Charges are inclusive of domestic airport
taxes. |

Kindly note that all requests are subject
to availability. We encourage guests to confirm bookings
as early as possible to avoid disappointment. |

Due to the limited luggage space in helicopters,
the size of luggage allowed on board is limited to as
stated.
However, some additional light carry on luggage may be
admitted depending on the luggage space remaining. |

Should you have excess luggage, kindly
indicate to your reservation officer so that ground transfer
arrangements can be made.
This transfer of luggage to PLR will take approximately
about 4 hours. |

Operations beyond these hours are upon
request and subject to surcharge of
USD 500.00. This also
includes aircraft overnight due to delay by either guests
or inclement weather. |

Inclement weather at KLIA
In the event of the above whereby helicopter departures
and arrivals are restricted into the KLIA Helipad, the
following will be transfer process:
Departure to PLR – Passengers will
be ground transported from KLIA to Subang Airport for
onwards transfer by helicopter to PLR.
Arrival into KLIA – The helicopter
will land at Subang Airport and passengers will be ground
transported to KLIA.
Note that the time taken for ground transfer to Subang
Airport and vice versa is approximately 40 minutes. |

A cancellation fee as follows will be
applicable in the event the flight is cancelled two
days before the date of transfer.
• Notice more than 48 hours – No charge
incurred
• Notice less than 48 hours – 50% of charge
is refundable
• Notice less than 24 hours – Nil refund

In the event of unforeseen prolonged poor
weather conditions or aircraft unserviceability, the flight
may be cancelled in the interest of safety. In such cases,
a vehicle transfer will be immediately arranged at the
standard airport transfer rates.
The helicopter transfer charges will be refunded. |
